Service Process

1 ) Food Preparation:

Based on the menu and the number of meals, the Head Chef determines the necessary ingredients and distributes them to the main kitchens. During the cooking process, we adhere to the following requirements:

  • Follow the correct procedures and requirements of food processing technology, including separating areas for raw and cooked food.
  • Regularly sanitize cooking utensils and containers to ensure food safety.

2 ) Food Preservation:

Implement thorough food preservation measures to maintain freshness and safety. All products are stored under proper temperature and sanitary conditions to prevent contamination and quality degradation.

3 ) Meal Organization and Distribution:

Meals are distributed through a closed chain system. Before mealtime, staff prepare and distribute meals onto trays by portion. Management inspects the quantity and quality of each meal before delivery to customers.
